Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know before you order — no surprises at the payment step.
Delivery
Every order is packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Once it's moving, delivery takes 10–18 business days depending on your country and local customs.
Shipping is a flat $12 and free on orders over $150. The exact cost is shown in your bag before you reach the payment page.
Every parcel is tracked door to door. You get the tracking link by email as soon as the label is scanned.
14-Day Returns
If a piece isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to send it back. It needs to be unworn, unwashed and with the tags still attached.
Message us with your order number and we'll send return instructions the same day. Once the piece arrives back with us, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Return postage is covered by you unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong piece — in that case we cover it entirely.
Customs & duties
Orders outside the shipping origin may be subject to local import duties. These are set by your country, not by us, and are paid by the recipient on delivery.
